We read everything. Corrections get answered first, usually within two working days — if you have checked a figure against the filing and it does not match ours, that is the most useful message you can send us.

What happens next

Corrections are checked against the filing and, if you are right, a correction is published on the report with the date and what changed.

Coverage requests go on the queue. We add companies where the disclosure is good enough to analyse properly.

Everything else gets a reply, though it may take a week.

Our metric definitions and adjustments are all stated in the methodology. Many questions are answered there.
